So here are some of the highlight of the new concept:

• The site will basically have two areas, one for guests and registered members, and another one for premium members, which is available for all members in the beginning, but will be open for premium members only at a later stage.
• One part of the site will be "just" informal as it was on the previous site, give background on African countries, on the African continent and various aspects of Africa. This is going to grow slowly, but steadily.
• Then there is a clear focus of the site, headlined African culture. Here we want to include the rich heritage of Africa, often disregarded and neglected. So we will collect information about all those, contributing to the preservation and further development of African culture.
• Get promoted in our promotion area! It does not cost you anything and is thought especially for those with limited or no budget. We only ask you to provide some interesting content to any aspect of Africa and African life. This will be launched here (of course under your name!) and then you will be given author status, which enables you to create a promotion area for your career on this site! At no costs!
• And of course we want to enable you to actively participate on this site. So there is a forum, open for all types of discussion and networking - even for dating. But since we try to avoid getting spammed, it is a must to register on this site first.
• Yes, we offer space for advertisements and banner exchanges. Just contact us for details.
• For business minded poeple we also have our Yellow Pages section, where you can advertise your company. This is not free of charge, but believe us, the charges are very reasonable.
• We also have included a calendar into this site. And yes, you can advertise concerts, tours, events, fashion and other shows of public interest. But please accept, that for legal reasons we will check all content distributed on this website with the exception of the forum.
• As far as we see, these are main new features. But if you need anything else, please feel free to contact us.
